OUR MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

A unique approach has made RVSA a great place to work.
RVSA adopted a new mangement strategy in 2013 called the Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE). The premise of this strategy is that team members are measured by their results, not by their presence in an office or the hours that they work.
The strategy gives team members complete autonomy over their work assignments and schedule, as long as collaboration doesn’t suffer; it allows them the freedom to choose when, where, and how they will meet their goals.
To make this strategy work fairly, the team accepts that collaboration must not suffer. The team remains in constant contact with other team members and managers to ensure that the workload is distributed fairly and no one becomes overloaded.
This strategy has allowed RVSA to build a team that is highly motivated, efficient and productive, ultimately helping our customers meet their goals on-time, and on-budget.

OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

Keeping our team members and our customers safe is our top priority.
Given that RVSA’s team members have operated in a flexible work environment for the past 7 years, we are ideally prepared to continue to provide all control and safety system services in a healthy and safe manner. Our staff is currently minimizing time being physically in the office to limit exposure to each other.
We can easily support consultations, meetings, Factory Acceptance Testing, risk assessments, and engineering / project services remotely (if required). We have all the necessary tools at the ready including video conferencing.

For those that plan to visit the RVSA office, you will not be admitted if:
1. You have flu-like or cold symptoms currently, or within the prior 10 days;
2. You have traveled internationally within the prior 14 days, or;
3. You have been in the vicinity of someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within the prior 14 days
